My property journey began after 19 years working as a gas engineer and plumber, where I developed a deep understanding of the housing market and the importance of quality accommodations. Driven by a desire for change and a passion for property, I started building a substantial portfolio of large HMOs and serviced accommodations. Over the years, my dedication to creating high-standard living spaces has been recognized, culminating in an award for Property Investor of the Year. The positive feedback from our tenants speaks volumes about our commitment to excellence and the quality of the homes we provide.
As our portfolio continues to grow, I realized that managing properties effectively is both an art and a science. Frustrated by the limitations of existing letting agencies that struggled to maximize profits, I decided to create my own agency, Troy’s Estates. With a fantastic team behind us, we streamline property management for landlords, ensuring their investments are well looked after while maximizing rental income. Our mission is to take the hassle out of property management, allowing landlords to enjoy their investments with peace of mind, knowing they are in capable hands.
